Shipping Policies

Working from the space of our home-based business, we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct and entered in english, if possible, or else the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation. 

Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of UPS/Canada Post, and any international post for your delivery address. 

 If you have any special requests or need a package delivered by a certain date please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of Pre-Ordered items. We arrange for UPS to pick up packages twice a week, ususally on Monday's and Thursday's.

UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes so please keep this in mind as your order might be rejected.

International orders (Non US, Canada) Customs fees are not included in our pricing, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. 

We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items if they have been opened. If you notice any issues with your item, however, please send us an email and we can chat about your options. 

Starseed Designs does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.  However, WE DO offer optional, affordable insurance provided by "Route" at checkout. This insurance covers loss, theft and damage and is highly recommended. If you chose this option you will receive a separate email after your order is processed with instructions on how to make a claim if needed. It is a very simple process.
