Shipping Policies

Working from the space of our home-based business, we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct and entered in english, if possible, or else the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation. 

Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of the postal/courier service. 

 If you have any special requests or need a package delivered by a certain date please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of Pre-Ordered items and  some items like prints which are made to order . Some prints will be shipped separately so you may receive your items at different times and also receive more than one tracking number. 

International orders (Non US, Canada) Customs fees are not included in our pricing, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. 

We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. The only exception would be -  If they have not been opened, are in original condition you may cover the cost of shipping to return the item to us then once received we will refund the cost of the item only.  If you notice any issues with your item, however, please send us an email and we can chat about your options. 

Starseed Designs does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. A claim with the shipping carrier will be needed if any of the mentioned takes place.
